Dr. April Voves

Naturopathic Doctor

I believe in working with my patients to address both the symptoms and the underlying cause of their condition, optimizing their health, and preventing disease. I use a variety of treatments, including nutritional supplements, pharmaceuticals, herbal medicine, and nutrition and lifestyle considerations. Visits are scheduled to allow ample time for patients to be heard.

As a dyslexic empath, I am a solution-based thinker who can connect large amounts of information (your symptoms) to come up with out-of-the-box solutions (effective treatments). I am compassionate, understanding, and a natural-born helper. I enjoy meaningful and deep relationships and I truly look forward to getting to know you!

On a personal note, I live and work in Wilsonville with my husband and two boys. I love warm, sunny places, podcasts, and my job! I recently joined a masters swim team and I’m learning Spanish with help from Duolingo.

Dr. Scott Ferguson

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Ferguson is a naturopathic physician with over 25 years of experience dedicated to making a positive difference in people's lives. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, he now embraces the outdoor lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest while advocating for personal responsibility, prevention, and empowerment as cornerstones of healthy living and integrative functional medicine.

His path to naturopathic medicine began early in his career when, while pursuing conventional pediatrics, he discovered the significant gap between preventative and traditional medicine. International experience with holistic doctors, nutritionists, and integrative practitioners ultimately led him to naturopathy.

Currently residing in Sherwood, Oregon, Dr. Ferguson volunteers with patient advocacy services for adult foster care centers throughout Portland. His extensive experience includes years of clinical practice, teaching at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, authoring numerous publications on functional medicine, and developing innovative approaches to patient care. Dr. Ferguson's commitment to prevention, education, and patient empowerment aligns perfectly with our practice philosophy!

Above all professional accomplishments, Dr. Ferguson considers his greatest achievement to be fathering his blended family of five children alongside his wife Melissa, who runs a successful mental health therapy center. He is thrilled to join the Meadows team (and we are thrilled to have him) and is eager to partner with Meadows Members on their journey toward optimal health!

Hailey Fowler

Phlebotomist & Clinical Assistant

Since 2021, Hailey has been pursuing a career in nursing, starting with two years of study at Grand Canyon University in Arizona. She's excited to continue her journey by enrolling in Chemeketa Community College’s nursing program in Fall 2025. Along the way, she's earned certifications in phlebotomy and IV therapy, and for the past four years, she's had the privilege of volunteering at Providence Willamette Falls, primarily in the oncology unit.

When she's not at Meadows, you can often find her working out—boxing is a personal favorite—spending time with her dog, or gaming with friends.
